The long tree-lined drive and wide sweeping lawn that dips down the banks of the loch are perfect for picnics, and avid gardeners of every level will delight in the 500 acres of private land recently revitalised to its heyday authenticity in the form of four main areas.

There are 15 bedrooms in the castle; look out for lavish four-poster beds, a private spiral staircase and even some self-contained suite apartments, ideal for families. The property also boasts 12 bathrooms, including en-suites. For larger-scale events, the estate can also offer further accommodation at four beautiful cottages, taking the accommodation capacity up to 50.*
