An ideal venue for boutique weddings and corporate events and situated in a secluded walled garden, this lovely coach house conversion is part of a larger estate which offers some great outdoor pursuits with access to the stunning North Wales mountain range and coast.
There is a beautiful double height central atrium, with plenty of glass doors, charming stone walls and oak beam open ceiling; a space perfectly suited for large dining parties and celebrations and it is also licensed for weddings. Guests also have the option of the walled garden, which offers a stunning venue for marquee events.
Pilgrims Coach House also features a wooden-floored family room with a log burner, flatscreen television with Freeview and a DVD player, a dining room that can seat eight guests, two kitchens and four beautifully-decorated bedrooms, two of which come with en-suite bathrooms.
For activities and excursions outside the property, guests can experience cultural delights at the Clwyd Theatre as well as enjoy great shopping, historical adventures and horse racing at Chester. For further space and accommodation, this property can also be booked alongside Pilgrim Manor (0202), taking the total number of sleeping guests up to 22.

Exclusive Use: If the entire estate is not taken on an exclusive use basis the Manor and Coach House may be rented separately and the Walled Garden will be used by the Coach House. Please also see notes on weddings below.

Catering & Corkage: The house does not charge corkage. You are free to self-cater or choose your own catering company for a wedding, the house has a list of local suppliers
Damage Deposit: £500
Terms: 30% non-refundable booking deposit and the remainder two months before arrival
Payment method: Payment is usually bank transfer or a UK cheque if paid well in advance of arrival so funds can clear. This property cannot accept card payments.
Midweek Bookings: Some discounts may apply, please ask
One night stays: Only allowed between Monday and Thursday. Minimum weekend stay is 2 nights, Bank Holidays 3 nights.
Pets: Pes are allowed upon request before booking
Weddings & Events: You will need to hire a marquee in addition to the Coach House for large groups. Marquee site in the Walled Garden is included in your hire - this can accommodate a marquee to hold up to around 250 guests. Ask us for costs of hire for a marquee, or use your own supplier. The Manor is only included in weddings at extra cost and with security – only Manor house guests are allowed in the Manor to preserve the historical features and antiques.
Stags / Hens: Not accepted at this house
Larger groups: The Coach House has a large Atrium Space that can seat around 38 for dining
Extra chairs/tables and place settings etc, for larger events will be required for dining at additional cost
