Get lost in the heart of Devon
Set in the in the heart of the breathtaking North Devonshire countryside, high on a ridge, is the Devon Hall Estate. This beautiful estate sits between Dartmoor and Exmoor, bordered by the River Taw and River Mole surrounded by picture-perfect views. It’s the ideal location to explore the south-west of England and everything Devon has to offer.
Something for everyone
The estate boasts its own indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and an ultramodern gym. You can also kick back and relax in the luxury spa area which has its own private Jacuzzi and sauna within the grounds. If you’re not in the mood for swimming or relaxing in the sauna enjoy a game of tennis. There are seven all-weather courts on the estate and private coaching can be arranged. A private restaurant and bar are also located on site, and perfectly situated to benefit from the stunning Devonshire countryside. If you are a corporate group or having a large family celebration, there is a wonderful event space on site offering dining facilities, dancing and a bar.
If the countryside isn’t for you, head out and enjoy one of the local sandy beaches which are around half an hour away. Go cycling on one of the local nature trails or visit Lundy Island, filled with stories of pirates and its very own lighthouse. No matter what you’re looking to do, there is literally something for everyone to enjoy.
As well as the fully staffed and catered house there are four separate self-catered cottages on the estate that can sleep six to eight people. The Deer View, Fairways East, Fairways West and Stable Cottage. These are excellent places if you’re looking to get away from it all and spend time with the family.
Countryside living meets modern luxury
The Fairways East is a beautifully decorated cottage is the perfect place to enjoy the early morning sunshine in its private conservatory. Next door is Fairways West is decorated in beautiful splashes of colour and complement the neutral tones used throughout. This cottage has a contemporary feel but still exudes the cosiness of country living with its large open fire.
Stable Cottage is the ideal home-away-from-home with its own cosy lounge with big sofas and TV. Deer View Cottage has three bedrooms: two double rooms, and a fun bunk room, which is ideal for children.
Devon Hall Estate is the perfect choice for family celebrations and also for corporate retreats. It truly offers the flexibility for all occasions.
