When you step into the drawing room you will feel like you’re stepping back in time surrounded by Georgian opulence. Sit back and relax in this beautiful space and look out onto the views of the surrounding countryside. Or step into the garden room with its vaulted glass ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows looking onto the beautiful grounds. This is the perfect room for any occasion, whether you’re hosting a family get-together, dinner or a lavish party.
Or perhaps take dinner in the dining room with its pretty bay windows for more intimate gatherings and family dinners next to a roaring fire. Sit and enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine while you take in the views.

The house boasts nine bedrooms, each with its own unique design and an en-suite with underfloor heating and hairdryers. The master bedroom includes its own roll top bath, perfect for relaxing and feeling like you’re in the lap of luxury. Full catering is provided during your stay during for your guests using the finest local fresh produce.
Whether you’re looking to host a family dinner, a buffet or a banquet for everyone, Barton House has its very own chef, Tom Sherry, who provides a personal approach and wonderful culinary delights. Having worked under Michelin-starred chef, Jason Atherton, Tom delivers world-class food.
Barton House is located in Oxfordshire in the pretty village of East Lockinge. Heathrow airport is around 1 hour by car and central London around 1.5 hours
